MOO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in East Providence, RI. You’ll join the maintenance team to configure and support various manufacturing equipment, ensuring production performance remains high.

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400+ strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

As a Manufacturing Technician at MOO, you’ll be part of the East Providence maintenance team, responsible for preparing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will work as a team member of the Maintenance team, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues that impact production performance and uptime.
Experience in manufacturing or production:
You have hands‑on experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where you’ve followed established procedures, troubleshot equipment, and helped ensure production targets are consistently met through resolution of machine issues.
Mechanical aptitude:
You’re skilled in working with machines, tools, and mechanical systems. You can quickly diagnose issues, perform adjustments, troubleshoot both minor and major equipment problems with confidence, and know when to elevate or seek additional technical support.
Attention to detail:
You bring a sharp eye for precision, ensuring equipment is configured correctly, safety standards are met, and every setup supports high‑quality, reliable production output. You can identify and clearly communicate opportunities to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Communication:
You are able to clearly communicate technical issues and procedures to others with a range of capabilities, including detailed explanations of issues to technical experts as part of troubleshooting and improvements, as well as simple explanations to non‑technical resources to ensure problem resolution, effective corrective actions, and ongoing training.
Preferred:
Experience in printing, finishing, or other equipment‑intensive production environments is a strong plus.
