Job Description: As the Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and maintain Rogue facilities.

Overview

• Pay Range: $30/hr - $42/hr
• Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift
• Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment in a safe and operational state to meet daily production requirements.
• Identify, report, and correct maintenance problems promptly in areas such as electricity, steam, water, hoses, and hydraulics.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment, tools, and department areas are kept in a safe and sanitary condition, with all safety guards and devices in place.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in safety and quality practices.
• 3-5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of hand tools and their use.
• OSHA CFR knowledge preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
