Job summary

CTL Aerospace, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain general facilities and keep all presses and machinery in top condition at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio site. The role supports production scheduling and upgrades in a NADCAP-certified aerospace environment.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, 1–3 years maintenance experience, and strong problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills in a manufacturing setting. US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• General building upkeep from floor to roof to include all general clean up.
• Maintain all machines in good working order to including troubleshoot and repair or order replacement parts for any mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components.
• Install all new machines and shop upgrade projects.
• Install all dies and molds in large presses.
• Maintain all shop tools and the upkeep of the maintenance shop.
• Support all production scheduling.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Maintenance Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

This position offers an excellent opportunity for Maintenance/Electrician individuals to work in an empowered manufacturing setting.
