Job summary

Multimatic Butler in Butler, Indiana is seeking skilled technicians to maintain and repair production equipment. You will perform PM checks, set up machines, and support changeovers on a fast-paced shop floor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of equipment repair or machining experience, or journeyman certification. SPC knowledge is a plus; we offer competitive pay and strong benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years experience in repair of production equipment, or machining, and/or journeyman certification.
• SPC abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machine repair and die change over.
• Machine set up procedures.
• Perform machining tasks, such as grinding, turning & milling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; carry out preventive maintenance.
• Schedule time, material and equipment required to perform the job; maintain forms as required.
