Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturer in the Ambridge, PA area. This direct hire role requires strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills, with emphasis on 480V systems.

The position offers a 4-day workweek, daylight training, and a 2nd shift schedule 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM with overtime potential. Pay starts at $29-$32 per hour plus a $4 shift differential, with potential earnings up to $36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
• Mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and power transmission.
• PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CNC machines, press brakes, robotic welding equipment, saws, and other production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, controls, and machine wiring.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems.
