Job summary

TOPS Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturer in the Ambridge, PA area. This direct hire role requires strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills, with emphasis on 480V systems.

The position offers a 4-day workweek, daylight training, and a 2nd shift schedule 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM with overtime potential. Pay starts at $29-$32 per hour plus a $4 shift differential, with potential earnings up to $36 per hour.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
Mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and power transmission.
PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintain CNC machines, press brakes, robotic welding equipment, saws, and other production machinery.
Diagnose and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, controls, and machine wiring.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems.
