AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. is partnering with TOPS Staffing to fill an Industrial Millwright role at a well-established manufacturing company in Pittsburgh.

This direct hire opportunity keeps you on the company’s payroll from day one and places you on a maintenance team focused on keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, read blueprints, and assist with equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance or millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Welding and light fabrication experience is a plus.
• Experience with rigging, equipment installation, and machinery alignment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Install, align, and rebuild mechanical equipment and components.
• Repair gearboxes, bearings, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform precision equipment alignments and machinery installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and plant improvement projects.
• Perform rigging and safely move machinery during installations or repairs.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.

Industrial Millwright Direct Hire | Up to $30/hr + Shift Premiums | Excellent Long-Term Career Opportunity TOPS Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Millwright for a well-established manufacturing company. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you'll be hired directly by the company from day one and become part of a maintenance team responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

We're looking for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and helping improve overall equipment reliability.

Schedule & Pay Available Shifts 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay $27.00-$30.00/hour based on experience 2nd Shift Premium: +15% 3rd Shift Premium: +12% Overtime Available Average 45-50 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime
