Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, seeks Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance on factory vehicles and equipment. You will diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems, support new hires, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role involves a 5-8 hour shift pattern on 2nd or 3rd shift, with opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a sign-on bonus for remote hires ineligible areas.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Experience in semi-skilled maintenance preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues on equipment and vehicles.
  • Assist in training new employees and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Inspect and repair components, operate cranes and forklifts safely.
  • Follow job orders and communicate repair status to supervisors.

The employee must be able to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems.
