Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of blow molding, extrusion, or injection molding equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 Volts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 Volts.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Maintain and service air compressor and chiller systems.
• Perform minor hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete pipe fitting tasks as needed.
• Perform minor welding and fabrication repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment related to blow molding, extrusion, and injection molding.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
