Job summary

DuPont’s Water & Protection is hiring Maintenance Technicians for its Minneapolis, MN site. Shifts available: 2nd (2:30 pm–11 pm) and 3rd (9 pm–7 am). Starting pay is $28.50–$42/hour based on experience.

You’ll perform routine and non-routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and work with PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical systems. You will troubleshoot with operations and engineers, ensure a safety-conscious approach, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; a 2-year technical/vocational degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years of relevant professional work (electronics, maintenance, computers, etc.) preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on manufacturing and process equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLCs and pneumatics.
• Coordinate with operations and engineers to implement improvements.
• Maintain safety and attendance standards while supporting 24/7 site operations as needed.
