Advanced Architectural Products (A2P), located in Hamilton, MI, is seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support maintenance of pultruded fiberglass products equipment.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and reading schematics, with 5–10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and a high school diploma. On-site work with growth opportunities and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of industrial machinery.
• Read and understand manuals and schematics.
• Schedule machine downtime and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions with minimal downtime.
• Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC and ventilation.
