Job summary

Yamaha Precision Propellers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and help improve system reliability across the facility.

The role supports second and third shifts with competitive pay, shift differential, and full benefits. Applicants should have strong mechanical and electrical skills and a track record of safe, reliable maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-4+ years of maintenance experience on production lines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Vocational training or college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems across the lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes of failures.
• Work with PLCs and motor drives to maintain performance.
• Keep shop areas clean, organized, and stocked with parts.
