Job summary

Refresco in Greer, SC is hiring for 2nd shift (2:45pm–11:15pm) and 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:15am) as Maintenance Technicians. You will perform repair and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems, and support line changeovers while upholding GMP and food safety standards.

Applicants must read blueprints, work independently, obtain forklift certification, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand machinery blueprints/parts manuals.
• Ability to work without supervision and make good decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance; manage line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain production equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemicals).
• Document work orders and inventory part numbers.
• Coordinate with production during downtime and training of peers.
