Job summary

The AZEK Company/Return Polymers Ashland, Ohio division is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and document on 24/7 production lines under the plant engineer. The Maintenance Technician must/will possess skills, knowledge and experience related to working on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a maintenance role.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Must provide own tools and bring varied hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on production lines.
• Document maintenance and repairs in the system.
• Assist with line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Support safety requirements and teamwork across shifts.
• Respond to work requests from plant leadership.
