You will install, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, collaborating with operators, electricians and engineers to meet safety, quality and production goals. The role requires handling preventive and predictive maintenance, working nights and weekends as needed, and using a range of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment.
• Self-directed work style with limited supervision.
• Perform precision tasks such as laser alignment and dial indicators.
• Willingness to be trained in basic maintenance electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of repair/installation of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices (vibration, ultrasound) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical malfunctions to maintain production readiness.
• Work on conveyors, paint booths, dryers, robotic palletizers, dust collectors, pumps, etc.
• Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment; manage materials from storeroom.
• Read prints and instructions; maintain personal tools.
