Job summary

ITEX Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to support site management by implementing the preventive maintenance program, completing weekly work orders, and surveying the property daily. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, ensure vacant units are ready for occupancy, and may assist with grounds tasks.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, and owning your own tools. OSHA safety adherence is expected in all duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must have own tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance-related issues
• Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• On-call rotation to provide 24-hour coverage
• Other duties as assigned by supervision
