Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and Document Repairs:Conduct preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to support production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Systems:Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB/Makino a61nx-a81nx), assembly line equipment, automated assembly/test equipment, and general facility infrastructure.
• Operate Fabrication Tools:Utilize tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification.
• Industrial Waste Management:Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and universal waste in compliance with regulations.
• Technical Documentation:Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and equipment manuals.
• Independent Work:Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Suggest Improvements:Propose enhancements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety.
• Assist Engineering Team:Collaborate on special projects with the engineering team.

• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vision systems.
• Familiarity with special-purpose machinery and automated systems.
• Proficiency and knowledge of codes and regulations (OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, etc.).
