Job summary

TDP Bakery is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Houston to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bakery production equipment and facility systems in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial controls and electrical systems preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Must be available to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on bakery production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Maintain HVAC and facility systems as needed.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to support operational goals.

Position Summary
