- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production systems.
- Knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, motors, conveyors, production equipment, and facility support systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment repair, documentation, and work order systems.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and safety mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery production equipment, facility systems, and related machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment issues to reduce downtime.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and complete work orders through the maintenance management system.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, electrical diagrams, and equipment documentation.
- Follow all safety, LOTO, PPE, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Operate or obtain certification to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial equipment as needed.
- Partner with production, sanitation, and safety teams to support maintenance priorities and production goals.

- Manufacturing bakery environment with exposure to machinery, noise, temperature variation, and moving equipment.
- Regular standing, walking, and time on the production floor are required.
