Essential Functions
  • Execute assignments promptly to minimize downtime and maximize quality, safety, and run time.
  • Maintain equipment in safe operating condition.
  • Translate OEM materials into standards for optimal results.
  • Repair breakdowns and perform adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
  • Manage inventory using CMMS system.
  • Participate in safety, GMP, SOP, and other training sessions.
  • Support line changeovers and adjustments in collaboration with production.
  • Adhere to GMP, SOP, safety procedures, including LOTO.
  • Support improvement projects.
  • Use precision measuring instruments.
  • Dismantle devices/equipment for defective parts.
  • Document and communicate actions and irregularities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Take ownership of work quality and safety.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Care for hand and power tools and equipment.
  • Demonstrate creativity, teamwork, and safety awareness.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-5 years experience maintaining fillers or similar automation.
  • 2 years experience with high-speed production lines.
  • Knowledge of machinery design, use, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment faults.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Experience with Norden/Zalkin/Kapsall preferred.
A Day in the Life

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure production equipment operates optimally. You handle installations, fabrication, and maintenance, applying your mechanical, electrical, and computer skills. Your attention to detail and independence contribute to our success in product filling and distribution. You work under supervision but also take ownership of your tasks.

Employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
