Job summary

Saint Joe’s is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sharonville, OH. This full-time, 1st shift position focuses on preventative maintenance and repair of vehicles, buildings, and grounds to keep Saint Joe’s one of the premier facilities in the state.

You will work with a dedicated team, performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and snow removal tasks, and participate in an on-call rotation every third weekend. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in building trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical) and vehicle maintenance required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.

Maintenance Technician — Full Time, 1st Shift

Saint Joe’s is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of building and grounds maintenance and be eager to contribute to an established team that helps maintain Saint Joe’s as one of the premier facilities of its kind in the state of Ohio.

General Duties & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of vehicles, buildings, and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and snow removal. Specific responsibilities and hours may vary based on maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in building trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical) and vehicle maintenance required
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while building and maintaining professional relationships
• Self-directed, dependable, and highly motivated

On-call rotation required (every third weekend).
