Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st, (6am - 4:30pm)

Pay: $26-$33/hr (BOE)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in light manufacturing, CNC, and assembly equipment maintenance.

Job Description:

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including CNC and assembly machines, using electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Troubleshoot equipment and facility systems, interpreting schematics and electromechanical diagrams.

Install and upgrade equipment, machinery, and work areas.

Maintain building infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and grounds (lawn care, snow removal).

Assist with monitoring subcontracted work related to facilities and equipment installations.

Ensure safety protocols are followed and perform regular inspections of fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, including basic knowledge of machining and carpentry practices.

Ability to interpret technical diagrams and maintenance manuals.

Proficiency with basic computer programs.

Forklift and ESD training required; valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed.
