MCLAUGHLIN GORMLEY KING CO in Chaska is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining production operations and facility equipment. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and a high school diploma. The Maintenance Technician’s function is to provide multiple support roles for maintenance and production operations. This includes responsibility for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain both facility and process equipment according to safety, prescribed maintenance systems and manufacturing processes supporting MGK business objectives.
This is a full‑time, hourly position based at our Chaska location. The scheduled hours are Monday‑Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Hourly pay range: $28–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Due to the safety‑sensitive nature of this role, successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening, including THC/cannabis testing, is required.
While performing duties, workers are constantly required to bend, lift, walk, or carry equipment. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position may occasionally be required to change shifts or work more than 8½ successive hours to meet production or manpower demands. Work may be performed under outdoor weather conditions including hot and cold ambient temperatures, rain and snow. Workers will be required to work in a plant environment where there are constant moderate noise levels and occasional loud noise levels. Employees will be expected to work around, with, and adjacent to potentially dangerous equipment, chemicals, and process equipment. Workers are expected to wear appropriate safety gear and follow safety procedures for each situation as required. Job requirements will occasionally dictate working over 6 feet above the floor or ground, or inside confined spaces.
