Job Description

Efficiently and effectively provide maintenance support to meet the needs of internal and external customers while maintaining a safe and clean work environment for employees. Provide technical expertise to support daily operations and achieve significant improvement in production objectives.

  • Actively work on and engage with all department projects, tasks, and objectives.
  • Manage configuration and versions of programmable devices, hardware, and systems such as PLCs, vision camera systems, barcode scanners, intelligent sensors, PC‑based machine control systems, and SCADA‑level systems.
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical production equipment and building systems. Use typical hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical test equipment.
  • Assist with setup and operator activities, installation, and setup of new equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns of hydraulic, pneumatic, and high‑voltage electrical systems independently.
  • Work from layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, drawings, or verbal instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose CNC equipment; perform maintenance, repair, and calibration on control systems of numerically controlled machines and related equipment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and critical facility work rules, including chemical handling, LOTO procedures, and SDS documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free work environment.
  • Complete all required safety program objectives and training.
  • Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement programs.
  • Maintain ethical standards and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills

Working overtime is required.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of general maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and diagnosing CNC equipment; electrical and hydraulic maintenance experience preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with operators, Team Leads, and Engineers.
  • Basic math skills and reading/writing/computational ability.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of quality and reliability.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC usage, and email.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds frequently, stand, bend, push, pull, climb, and work in weather extremes.
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE.

Salary: $27.00 – $29.00 / hour
