The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food manufacturing equipment, read manuals, and ensure GMP compliance. Welding, fabrication, and electrical knowledge are valued.)

Qualifications

• Has completed or is pursuing a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per safety policies and GMPs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust as needed.
• Identify faulty operations or materials and report to maintenance manager.
• Order and schedule parts and jobs using Microsoft Office.
