Job summary

DanHil Containers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maximizing equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

The role requires following safety protocols, performing setups and PMs, and documenting repairs and parts usage. Comfortable in a noisy production environment with lifting, climbing ladders, and using a

Qualifications

Minimum experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures and production interruptions.
Diagnose, modify, lubricate, and operate equipment while maintaining industrial control systems.
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and safe repairs.
Complete and report all repairs at the end of the shift, including parts and material usage.
Follow plant safety protocols and use PPE.
Ensure facilities and production equipment are maintained safely and efficiently.
Perform setup, startup, shutdowns, maintenance repairs, and PMs on production equipment.
Utilize a wide variety of machine tools and equipment to complete repairs.
