Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a 1st or 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. Starting pay is $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with a path toward advancing skills.

You will perform PMs, document work, troubleshoot equipment, assist with light construction, and ensure safety compliance. Candidates should be fluent in English, able to operate a forklift, and comfortable using basic hand tools.

Qualifications

Forklift operation within safety guidelines.
Maintenance/mechanical systems experience preferred.
English language fluency, written and spoken.
Ability to use simple math and basic handheld measuring tools.

Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment.
Document maintenance activities for accurate records.
Install logo plates and inserts as needed.
Follow safe tooling practices and identify leaks or issues.
Ensure equipment operates properly and perform light construction tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment to determine root cause and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Support safety programs (lockout/tagout) and maintain equipment knowledge.
