Base pay range

$39.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Job Details
  • Title: Maintenance Technician (1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift)
  • Location: Oak Creek, WI 53154 USA
  • Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Schedule: 1st (6:30am – 3:00pm), 2nd (2:30pm – 11:00pm), 3rd (10:30pm – 7:00am)
  • Potential Start Date: Beginning/Mid-April/ASAP
Responsibilities and Benefits
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks.
  • Mentor and coach MTOs and production staff.
  • Work as a team player and adapt to change.
  • Shift premiums: $1.50/hr for 2nd shift, $3.00/hr for 3rd shift.
  • Training: 2 weeks of initial training with weekly reviews; transition to shift upon passing.
  • Hiring bonus of $1,000, paid in installments every three months.
  • Annual Incentive Program based on performance and EBITDA.
  • Expected work hours: Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime and weekend work if needed.
