Job summary

The ideal candidate has an electromechanical or mechatronics background with 2–3 years of related experience, PLC knowledge, and skills in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in electromechanical or mechatronics or equivalent is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to pass required examinations for essential functions
• Proven electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and plant utilities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand operating equipment and safety guidelines
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and utilities
• Record accurate data and complete paperwork per company standards
• Keep work area clean and follow Master Sanitation Schedule
• Attend safety training and other required sessions
• Assist with continuous improvement and policy adherence
