WSI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our on-site operations in the United States. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure safe operation of mobile equipment, with second shift hours and a $21.00 base pay plus $2.25 second shift premium.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
• Commercial Driver's License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements a preventive and routine maintenance program on all equipment.
• Prepares and maintains all logs, charts and other required documents for each piece of equipment.
• Operates all material handling equipment required.
• Repairs equipment as required.
• Perform building and equipment audits
• Coordinate and track preventative maintenance
• Initiate and schedule repairs
• Perform repairs on equipment
• Monitor and maintain battery maintenance
• Monitor and maintain the lighting, HVAC, doors, dock plates, etc.
• Will be the primary liaison with the equipment warranty provider
• Develop and implement continuous improvements

Second shift:Monday- Thursday 5pm- 3:30am $21.00 + $2.25 second shift premium

Under the appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, the maintenance technician performs preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to insure the safe operation of mobile equipment. Implements, coordinates and assists in the application of procedures pertaining to general maintenance. Duties may require manual, clerical and data entry skills.
