Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Status: Full Time

Days: Monday - Friday

Times: 7am – 3:30pm

HIRING BONUS: $100 paid out at 60/90/120 days to follow the same guidelines as the referral program

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
