ALPLA Group in West Bend, Wisconsin, is hiring for a Maintenance Technician to support the 12-hour 2-2-3 Day Shift (6am–6pm). You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion blow molding and packaging equipment, set up and calibrate machinery, and work with the facilities team to keep a safe, productive environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with programmable controllers.
• Familiarity with power transmission and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion and process equipment.
• Install and calibrate proprietary ALPLA machinery.
• Troubleshoot molding machines and perform repairs.
• Support facility maintenance and safe production environment.
