Job summary
Altium Packaging in Janesville, WI is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and facility systems. You will follow GMP and safety standards while supporting continuous operations in a loud, hot/cold manufacturing environment.
The role involves installing and adjusting blow mold and related equipment, troubleshooting root causes, welding and fabricating parts, and occasionally operating blow
Qualifications
- Basic math and computer skills required for daily tasks.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and facility systems.
- Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
- Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps; rebuild as needed.
- Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines; troubleshoot root causes of failures.
- Operate blow mold or injection machines as required.
- Assist with safety and GMP compliance and communicate with other departments.
