Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree or 2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain production equipment and facilities during assigned shifts.
• Complete assigned tasks and special projects to meet quality targets.
• Adhere to Food Safety, Quality, and housekeeping standards consistently.
• Support maintenance milestones, line improvements, and planned stops.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem solving.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and data entry in CMMS tools.
• Work across shifts and be responsive to overtime as needed.
