This position is responsible for:

• Daily operations, maintenance, and repair, including logs, preventive maintenance, and reporting
• Equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of plant systems
• Installation, modification, maintenance, repair, overhauls, testing, and adjustment of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
• Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting faulty equipment
• Performing predictive and preventive maintenance using vibration analysis, volt-ohm meters, ammeters, temperature sensors, etc.
• Using computerized maintenance management systems to plan and execute work
• Monitoring equipment performance for standards compliance
• Estimating materials and preparing purchase specifications
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, practices, and regulations
• Performing electrical tasks, such as motor disconnection and phase testing
• Fabricating parts using shop equipment
• Interpreting and modifying drawings or blueprints for field fitting
