What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of equipment operation experience with mechanical, electrical, or control systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities, including logging, preventive maintenance, and reporting.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose plant equipment and systems.
• Install, modify, maintain, repair, overhaul, test, and adjust various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty equipment.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance using vibration analysis, meters, and sensors.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems for planning and reporting.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure standards are met.
• Estimate materials and prepare purchase requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and plant specifications.
• Perform electrical work such as motor disconnection and phase testing.
• Fabricate parts using shop equipment.
• Interpret and modify drawings or blueprints for field applications.
