Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Wapak Corrugator location. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Starting pay is $26-$35 per hour based on experience, with a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3). Benefits include a $1,000 tool allowance, health insurance, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and tuition/parental leave options.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot 3-phase power/electricity.
• Repair AC/DC motors and motor starters.
• Work with gearboxes/gear reducers and basic PLCs & VFDs.
• Understand hydraulics and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Support 24/7 corrugated production line during shifts.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems and perform preventive maintenance.
