Winland Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The role involves assisting with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred or required for Advanced Level; willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and CMMS records.
• Follow safety protocols and GMPs/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
