Job summary

OPC Arbre Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 for 1st shift to support plant operations in Michigan. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, and documentation, ensuring safety and compliance with GMP policies.

This role requires basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical aptitude and reliable attendance. The candidate will work with maintenance personnel to perform scheduled upkeep, assist other departments as needed, and follow all safety training and PPE requirements to

Position Reports To:

Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status:

Hourly

• This is a permanent, full-timeposition that is eligible for enrollment in company benefits after 60 days and 40 hours Vacation after 90 days.
• Non Seasonal Hours 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (January-May)
• Seasonal Hours 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (June-December) hours are subject to change during our harvest season.

Position Purpose Summary:

Maintenace Technicians are responsible for general maintenance and repairs within the facility. They must also be able to communicate and perform well with others.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders

Physical Demands of the Position:

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this position the employee must be able to work in multiple climates and work environments including, but not limited to: dirt, heat, freezer, smoke/steam, noise, vibration, grease/oil, fumes, dust/shavings, and wet environments; variable temperaturesof both heat and cold.
