Attach/engrave barcodes for capitalized inventory
Gather Tools & tag for jobsite delivery, co-ordinate direct delivery to job sites
Manage Tool calibration program for ISO certification
Manage 3rd party calibration vendors, receive and ship calibrated tools and conduct on site calibration events
Manage 3rd party database for calibrated tools to track dates, notifications and certificates
Conduct periodical job site physical inventory verification for calibrated tools
Conduct calibration inspections at MMC and jobsites, maintain Master Calibrated tool list and send out weekly
Identify underutilized assets and categorize for disposal, retire or re-assignment
Retire assets in TEAM upon sale/disposal
Maintain updated rental rates for all assets in TEAM
Process new inventory, transfer requests in TEAM for deliveries/pickups/Job sites/MIS
Oversees refurbishments, repairs, disposal and reassignments of small tools and light equipment
Performs preventive maintenance checks and logs for all manufacturing equipment with maintenance team
Enter Mark Coffey auto shop data in Element Fleet supplier maintenance portal
Enter POL requests, place equipment/tool orders, process credit card transactions
Assist Maintenance group and Prefab, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED.
Abilities
The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety.
Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance.
Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
