Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the physical integrity of our properties across the portfolio. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to complete work orders promptly, and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

You will maintain common areas, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in emergencies while delivering professional service to residents and staff. EPA HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA HVAC certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Multitasking and meeting deadlines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-readies for units.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Provide weekly parts and materials list.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with team members.
• Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

We are looking for a maintenance tech to use their experience and attention to detail skills to help maintain the physical integrity of our property.
