Pronto Pools by DiSabatino Landscaping is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our field team in Delaware. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on luxury residential pools, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and optimal performance.

You will be on the frontline, representing Pronto Pools by DiSabatino Landscaping with customers, maintaining high standards, and providing reliable service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Ability to work independently and in the field with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of residential pools.

• Represent DiSabatino Landscaping/Pronto Pools in the field and serve as a touchpoint for customer experience.

You’ll be on the front lines, ensuring every pool we service meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and performance.

Responsibilities

The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for the routine maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of residential swimming pools. You will ensure that all pools are properly balanced, equipment is functioning correctly, and service visits are completed efficiently and professionally.

This role requires independence, reliability, and strong attention to detail. You will represent Pronto Pools by DiSabatino Landscaping in the field, often working directly on client properties and serving as a key touchpoint for customer experience and service quality.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
