Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Whiteville, North Carolina. The technician will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of donut processing equipment. Duties include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. Job description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities including installation, troubleshoot, repair, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on donut processing equipment and factory needs. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Completes store work orders, accurately and on time
• Performs repairs including being “on call” to perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment outside of normal working hours
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
• Monitor & perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
