Life Time Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs safe and well-maintained. You’ll handle repairs across plumbing, lighting, millwork, and door hardware in a dynamic fitness environment, ensuring systems operate smoothly for members and guests.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in facility maintenance, ability to lift 20 lbs+, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. This is an hourly, full-time role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping our clubs well maintained and safe; making certain all mechanical systems are working properly including routine maintenance and repairs of basic plumbing, lighting, millwork repairs, door hardware and more to provide a positive experience for our members and guests. No two days will be the same and you’ll likely experience a variety of slightly different challenges each day in a high-energy, health club environment.

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $34.75, based on experience and qualifications.
