Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Team player who accepts feedback and works collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity.
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity

• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day
