Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Three Rivers Midlands in West Columbia, SC. The role supports the Director of Plant Operations to maintain the facility in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents.

Responsibilities include daily shift work, performing area inspections, and processing work orders with escalation when needed. A valid SC drivers license and basic tools knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid SC drivers license.
• Knowledge of and ability to use tools and cleaning equipment.

Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). We treat males and females ages 6-21 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses.
