Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily routine repairs in a hospital setting. You will handle painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, and door installations while participating in the on-call program.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of healthcare maintenance experience. Working hours are Monday–Friday, with on-call one weekend a month.

Position Summary

Perform daily routine maintenance repairs to assigned area(s). Repairs are in the range of but not limited to; painting, drywall patching/repairs, concrete wall patching/repairs, lightbulbs replacement, receptacles replacement, door installation/repairs, unclog toilets/sewer lines, light plumbing works, snow removal (when necessary), packaging deliveries. Participating in the on-call program.

Hours

Monday – Friday 7:30a to 4:00p (on call one weekend a month)

Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate / GED

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
