Hours and Pay:

  • Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Pay Rate: $32-$36 per hour (based on experience)
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of production and plant support equipment.
  • Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed.
  • Monitor and service critical plant equipment, including boilers, air compressors, water processing systems, and powder silos.
  • Assist in the layout and purchasing of new capital assets alongside the Plant Engineer .
  • Support snow removal and maintain clear access to exits, docks, and walkways.
  • Manage parts and accessories ordering to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Respond promptly to plant security and safety system needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
