Job summary

Randstad is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a permanent role in Watertown, WI. Your duties include inspecting and repairing production equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safe operation of machinery such as mills, brakes, and drills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery to diagnose malfunctions and repair or replace components.
• Test and repair malfunctioning production equipment and notify relevant personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment including machinery, cranes, forklifts, etc.
• Assemble/install equipment using hand/power tools and shop machines.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance; stay current on procedures.

Randstad is currently working with a Manufacturing company in Watertown, WI that is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join their facility. This is a Permanent position with our client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Associates degree from a Technical College is preferred.
• Apprenticeship or Journeyman experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and various components.
• 3-5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

salary: $66,560 - $79,040 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
