Job summary

Pacific Facility Solutions in Washington state (Bellingham, WA) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving problems, works independently, and delivers high-quality results across diverse job sites. You will start each day on assigned sites, patching and painting sheetrock, installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or welding and fabrication tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience

DAY-TO-DAY

In this Maintenance Technician role, you start your day by heading out to assigned job sites, where no two days are the same. You might begin by patching and painting sheetrock in a commercial space, then move on to installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or even tackling welding and fabrication tasks. Throughout your day, you’ll work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the spot while ensuring each job meets high standards. When larger projects arise, you’ll collaborate with other skilled trades, contributing your expertise to complete multi-faceted repairs efficiently. At every stop, you represent Pacific Facility Solutions with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service and leaving each site better than you found it.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule, with morning and evening shifts available, on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
